The shoes I want aren't available in my size. What now?

The stock on our website is an accurate reflection of the stock we have in our warehouse. Most of the styles shown are last-chance pairs, so often only certain sizes are available.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

At the bottom of every newsletter we send is an 'Unsubscribe" link. Simply click "Unsubscribe" and it's as easy as that. We'll be sorry to see you go!  However, you can always re-subscribe at any time to stay up to date on our newest brands, sales and promotions.

 

I've seen the same product on another website for a lower price. Do you price match?

We do keep an eye on our competitors’ prices and are in constant communication with our suppliers. The product must also be listed in Canadian dollars or be on a Canadian website; we do not price match American websites.

 

How can I cancel my order?

All Outlet orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled.

 

Delivery & Return

How long will it take to receive my shoes?

Shipping times can vary, but if your shoes are currently in stock at our Toronto warehouse, we aim to ship them out within 1-2 business days. 

 

Do you deliver to any address within Canada?

Yes we do!

 

Do you deliver internationally?

No, we ship only within Canada.

 

I want to return my shoes. What do I do?

All Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they have been heavily reduced in price. For more information, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

How do I change the delivery address after I have ordered?

Due to our quick turnaround process, it is important you contact us within 3 hours to correct your delivery address. We will do our best to help ensure that your shoes reach their correct final destination.

 

Will I have to be home when my order arrives?

You have the choice to have your new shoes delivered to your home, work or anywhere else you'd like! You do not have to sign for the delivery if you do not wish to do so. In that case, if you're not home when the courier arrives, they will leave it at your door for you to collect when you get home. If the courier does not deem it safe to leave the package however, they will leave a collection note with instructions on how to pick up your new shoes at the nearest depot. The depot will then keep your package on site for 7 days. If you are unable to pick them up within 7 days, just fill out the back of the collection notice stating which trusted friend will pick them up for you.

What forms of payment are accepted?

ShoeMeOutlet.ca accepts PayPal as well as MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

 

I have a discount code I'd like to use. How do I apply it to my order?

Redeeming ShoeMeOutlet.ca coupons is done during the checkout process. Once you have added the shoes or other items you'd like to purchase to your cart, please proceed to checkout where you'll have an option to apply a discount code. Copy and paste your code and click "Apply Coupon." Your cart should then automatically update to display the discount applied to your order total. If you have any difficulty applying your discount code, please contact us at 1-866-440-7948.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on ShoeMeOutlet.ca?

Of course! The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We use globally accepted best practice electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
